Can i give icwai final exam in united states?

No at present there is no arrangements by ICWAI conducting exams at USA

Hii Prachi, The MOU between ICAI and IMA is for mutual recognition and co-operation. A member of ICAI can enroll for member of IMA and vice versa, but a member of IMA enrolling for member of ICAI can't hold a certificate of practice and can't involve in statutory work in India. It serves for research, development of management accounting, conduct of seminars etc. for benefit of it's members and students. But it's nothing to do with your exam, there is no such provision.
