Can i get home loan in noida if i have poor cibil score

I work in Noida and want to purchase my house there, but my credit score is low. How much will it impact on my Home Loan process?

Yes you a can apply for Home Loan even with the bad CIBIl Score. Credit score is not the only major factor that is noticed in case of a Home loan. Home Loans are secured loans that means you have to pay debt as a security. So, other factors are not so important for Home Loan Approval. However, some lenders demand more than 750 CIBIL score. But it is not mandatory in case of Home Loan, if you have lower CIBIL score then lender interest rate will go higher but you will not face any problem in approval of Home Loan in Noida.

Unfortunately I am a victim of low cibil score and was looking measures to improve it as I also wanted to avail a personal loan to renovate my house. Please suggest me as the banks keep cibil score as the fundamental factor in giving loans
