I want to know that Can i Fill ITR V or ITR 5 myself ? for my self-name Firm
Is there any need of CA ? I have turnover less than 10 lakh only.
Is it necessary to fill up balance sheet and p&l ?

Then ITR5 not applicable in your case........ How you say your CA suggested a form which is applicable to Partnership firm (AOP etc.); but not suitable to proprietor?

I don't know sir. I am filling it for the last 3 years with ITR 5 only. It's proprietorship because I am the sole person who is working only with my team on My name only.
If my CA made this Partnership firm is it ok ? Because i am doing it alone. Please tell me can i file ITR 5 my self ?

My dear, you cannot select right form....... how can I allow you to proceed......
Better contact any local TRP....... google it....... that will be economical affair...

For partnership firm ITR5 and ITR4........ both are correct one, but again there are certain reasons to choose ITR4 or ITR5........
& what if you do not know the constitution of your own firm..... whether it is partnership or not !!!
By the way who are your partners? what is your percentage in partnership?

Well, what is the PAN number for which you are filling ITR5?
Give me just 4th letter of PAN number....

So, you cannot file ITR 5......
Had it been F........ you were eligible.....
