Can i file revised return for ay 2015-16 (fy 2014-15)

Hi, Can I file revised return for AY 2015-16 (FY 2014-15) ? I read on some posts that the date is already passed on 31st March, 2017

But is it possible? I want to revise andclaim some refund by correcting housing loan Interest. I just figured that there was a mistake in Repayment certificate.

when you file return??????

U can't revise if it is belated return. Now you have to wait for assessment, thereafter u will rectify it.
U can also approach to ur jurisdictional officer to rectify it.

I filed it on 18/08/2015 and recieved the Acknowledgement on 03/09/2015

Its a belated return u can't revise it. Contact to ur jurisdictional officer

Ok I think that could be tedious process.

The problem is my Housing Finance company issued an incorrect repayment certificate for FY 2014-15, missed to show 1 month's EMI. So, is there a way I can I deduct that interest in this year's (FY 2016-17's) return? or any other easier way?
