Can i file pvt ltd ITR for FY 2015-16 and FY 2016-17.
if yes any penalty on this?
For FY 2015-16 you can file the return only if u can satisfy the ITO,incase you receive a notice in response to the notice return can be filed.
For FY 2016-17 file the return before March 31st.
