I have applied for my PAN Card this month, i.e July 2013 and got it around 20/7/2013, now I want to file ITR for Assessment Year 2013-14, Can i file ITR for the mention period.

YES AS YOU GOT A NEW VALID PAN FROM DEPT U CAN FILE YOUR ITR FOR AY 13-14.
