can I file for IT returns as a single person though married and living separate? Any tax difference on TDS or returns? By when should it be done on what forms?

Yes U can File single it doesnt make any Difference

You can file your return as an Indiviual....Married or Unmarried / living together or separate no matter...
You file your return before 31.07...You can also claim any refund.....
