No u cannot pursue both courses simultaneously. You have to apply for a specific permission to the council. if they permit u can

Rachit...Please note that you can pursue only & only one course along with CA that can be either graduation/llb or any thing ...even for that you need to fill form 112 to let the institute know abt it....i hope i made it clear.

U can surely do LLB with CA.But practically,it would only possible through correspondence..for that too,U will need to seek permission from ICAI to pursue an additional course.
