I hav cleared my ipcc in the yesterday declared results(199577)

I just want to know that can i delay my final registration till may 12 because my final attempt is due in May 13.

This i want to do so that i can get the latest study material before i start study??

yes u can delay but look

first for all register urself for articleship first then ur exam attempt is fixed and then can delay ur final reg and get book when u want
