Can I create a HUF in the name of my minor son where I am the karta of HUF?
For example, my name is Sanjay Agarwal and can I name my HUF as SatvikAgarwal HUF as the name of minor son is Satvik Agarwal. However, I am i.e. Sanjay Agarwal will be the karta of the firm.
When its your HUF why to steal the name of your son's HUF (that may be created in future)?
