I have Saree Polish Factory and I m paying rent with GST. Can I Claim that GST Input Amount .?

saree polish is exempted or taxable?
yes you can claim if you are providing taxable service & which is for your business

Yes offourse you can claim ITC As per section 16 , Its towards business. & you must have the Tax Invoice

Yes it is available as it is in the course or furtherence of the business.

If you are providing a taxable supply in the course of business or for the purpose of futherence of business then you can claim ITC
