not possible
in gstr 9 u have to pay any taxes which was not paid but if u didnt take any itc then its not possible
No you cannot......
Normally not however If we refer the Gujrat High Court Judgment then answer would be yes. However there is possibilties that if you are from other then Gujrat then your Proper officer may deny the same.
