Can I claim itc
In my GSTR 2A, one of the bill is reflected in return and status of the bill is not submited, but I have original receipt with me. Can I claim ITC available in this bill?

Yes claim ITC and ask that supplier to file GSTR1
No you cannot ......... ask your supplier to file the return
