Can I claim itc?
I am a lodge owner. I constructed another floor and a total of 4 extra rooms. Can I claim itc on the materials used for construction?

No... ITC not available for immovable property related.
No, you can not claim ITC on the same... As it is blocked under Section 17( 5 )
