Can i change the nature of business, notice u/s 139(9)

I Filed  Return (Nill tax) U/s139(4) ITR 4S, in FY 2015-16 (AY 2016-17) and select nature of business 0711 (Software development agencies).

I received a notice from CPS Notice u/s 139(9) with error code 86.

Now I have to correct the ITR and upload the X M L file again.  Now I want to know can I change the nature of business which is suitable  for ITR 4S, because I am not running any software company just do some type of sale and purchase of softwares/ antivirus etc. If yes kindly suggest the nature of business  that is suitable  in my case
