There are three levels in a CA course
Those are as follows
First level is called CA Foundation (Previously CPT) second level is called IPCC in last level is called CA final
After 12 you can get registered for CPT this is a six month course, which will be conducted in month of June as well as December
Once you clear CA CPT then you can registered for CA IPCC which is 11 month course
After completing a CA IPCC group 1 you can get registered for 3 year articleship which is mandatory to write a CA final exam
At the last you have to write CA final exam
Once you clear CA final both group, you become a chartered accountant. Along with 3 year articleship you have to do 1 month certification course of IT training from ICAI.
This is All About process to persuing CA course.
Now I would like to clarify some misunderstanding conceptions:-
*There is no college of CA in India there is one Institute call Institute of Chartered Accountant of India who conduct all this exam all over the India
*To pass any level in CA course you have to secure 50 percentage of the total marks
*There is no restriction of the number of attemps in CA course
*Chartered Accountancy can be pursued by any student whether he is from Science background or from commerce background or from other
*It is not so hard to become a chartered accountant
*To become a Chartered accountant you need not to be intelligent but you must be a hard worker
*Last but not least once you become a chartered accountant you will get Fame, money, Prestige all together.
