I would like to know the procedure for applying ca ipcc may 2015 exams in dubai. Currently i am staying dubai. i already completed articleship and one group of ca pcc scheme. now i converted to ca ipcc scheme.Please advice

The same procedure is also applicable in Dubai. Go to Exam Portal
Fill your particulars
Pay Fee applicable overthere
Submit it online, take a print out and duly signed in by a qualified chartered accountant and submit the printouts at the chapters in Dubai.
