Can hartal or bus strike treated as leave?
In my office a hartal or a bus stike is treated as leave.. In Kerala bus strike is a common phenomenon and sometimes it last for 1 or 2 weeks. Can anyone tell me whether ICAI treats it as a leave too??

If your firm is also closed during such period then i think it will not be treated as leave.
