The dealer has received ARN for the GST no. application. Now can he supply the goods and issue invoice on the basis of TRN/ARN?

yes he can send on ARN no. but nid to write gst applied and also ARN should be written on invoice and later wen u get your gst no.than you need to send revise invoice
