Can excise registered manufacturer do trading from his head office.?

As excise is unit specific, for each unit you need to take Registration from respective urisdctional excise

if you want to pass the excise duty to the customer, then you have to get registered with the Excise Department.

If want not to pass the excise duty to the customer, there is no any need of information to the excise department.
