As per the Indian Partnership Act 1932, Partnership is the relationship between PERSONS who have agreed to share the profits of a business...
I don't think the word 'persons' can be used to refer to any other entities other than Individuals.
In my opinion, the answer to your query: NO.

No a co-operative society can neither be a partnership
the definition of partnership is just and only include persons and c0-operative society is not a person
on the other hand partnership shall be made with 2 or more person weather for co-operative soceity there is an need of atlest 50 persons
