Can CA create blog?

i want to know whether CA's in practice or in employment can create blog(not site) for his writeups or other tax updates. And if yes what are rules to follow?

yes u can,provided u are not violating any norms as per schedule 1 and schedule 2 of the CA Act............Moti baat yeh hai ki it shouldnt amount to needless publicity of urs and there should be no information about your firm or your membership in other associations (except that under ICAI ,Eg-Chairman of NIRC ).
