The person who doing articles be eligible for employment for part time as per instiute rules.? Pls Clarify.If not pls send which provisio or form not alloweing the above .

NO one can be in employment as per the rules of the ICAI. refer training guide available in ICAI website or just google it.
One can only be a sleeping partner or a director of a company that too with the previous permissions of the ICAI.
