Can any one help me on how to study CA Final CLaw.

Can any one help me on how to study CA Final CLaw? How to prepare for law? Which book should be used? Whether to mugup the sections / chapters? If yes, which one?

How much time should be allocated per day to comfortably finish the CLaw study in 1 to 1.5 months?  What should be the exact  style / strategy while studying?

U can read S.Srikanth's C.Law & SP (snowhite publication) meant for CA Final. the book is perfectly set for exam purpose and also comprehensive. important past exam's questions have been solved at end of respective topics. it contains 600 pages and almost reading 20 pages a day u can finish it in a month. Best wishes
Book by Munish Bhandari is also good. It has a lot of solved practical problems along with the text.
Srikanth's Book is sufficient - plus you have to read the RTP and Last 4 Suggested Answers.
hey man ,,,company law jayaraman book will be good and for the other acts u can stick on to the munish bandari`s law book
Munish Bhandari QA and for practicals refer Munish Bhandari Handbook.
try out munish bhandari and before the exam for revision purpose get hold of munish bhandari hand book. you are not required to memorise the sections or the name of the cases but you should know the subject matter of important case laws as the practical questions are based on past cases.
hi friends can anyone send me the Munish Bhandari law book(2007 edition) at the following address as i live and work in london. If you can let me know your bank account number, i will deposit postage charges and book cost into your bank account through online transfer. Your help in this regard would be much appreciated. Just let me know your phone number and i will phone you back to know your account number. Yash Dave easyodds.com Limited 201 Haverstock Hill London - NW3 4QG UK Thanks Yash
What i would suggest is first finish up the small acts such as competition act and Fema Act, and then start with the considerable ones like companies act and Sebi Act. fininshing law is a matter of days with the fact that instead of regularly studying it for 1 or 1.5 month. read few Acts first, then any other subject and then the rest of it. Finishing small Acts in the first half would be better. for that u could ( as suggested by eminent teachers) un-bind the law study material into seperate acts. then u'll realise how small or big a particular Act. then plan number of days a particular Act will take to finish off and in this way, move on to big ones.
