Hi Kishore, FM is a very tricky subject as well as scoring too, for scoring good marks in FM you need to take care below mentioned points :-
1. Theory is very important so try to complete the theory part 1st.
2. Time value of money is very important chapter for getting your basics cleared so please make sure that you have made dicounting factor calculation at your finger tips.
3. Following are some impotant topics which need to be considered :-
Chapter - Capital Budgeting (NPV, IRR, ARR, Discounted Payback Period etc)
Chapter - Cost of Capital (Weighted average Cost of Capital)
Chapter - Capital Structure (Different Theories like MM aprroach etc and different types of impact on PBT and EBIT using different types of financing like Equity Pref, Equity Debt, Equity pref Debt).
Chapter - Ratio Analysis (Du Point Analysis, Incomplete Balance Sheet & P&LPreparation using different ratios),
Chapter - Working Capital Management (Full Fledged Sum on WC Management)
Chapter - Receivables Management (Full Fledged Sum on Receivable Management)
I hope covering the above topic will give you good confidence over this subject, However, i would request you to cover each and each every topic of the study material. but remember for getting good marks in this subject you have to understand the concept and basics first so clear your basics and then practice good no of practical examples to have good grip over this subject.
