Lalit, You can now file returns for only f.y. 2011-12 & 2012-13 by 31.03.2014.
after 31.03.2014, you can file returns for the p.y. 2012-13 & 2013-14....
i.e. returns for two financial years only.

Fully agree with Ravinder Singh. The circular simply grants exemption for sending ITR-V ie Acknowledgement of returns filed for AY mentioned therein. At most you can upload IT return for AY-12-13 & 13-14.
