Can an exporter buy goods without paying igst
Dear All,
I want know the correct answer i am direct exporter can an exporter buy goods without paying IGST ?
I Hear 2 alternatives ways export without paying Tax it is correct or not ?
1. what is the procedure obtaining letter of under taker?
or
2. A Bond.
if correct what is the procedure obtain letter of credit or bond.

export has to pay tax on its purchase and RCM and get refund for the same .
