As per Notification no. 02/2019 A transporter can take registration under composition scheme. but turnover shall be limited to 50 lakhs.
Yes, a Transporter being a Service Provider can opt for Composition Scheme u/s 10 of the CGST Act 2017, provided that your Aggregate Turnover does not exceeds Rs. 50 lakhs. Refer Notification No. 02/2019 - CT, dated 01.01.2019.
