Can a student fill up the exam form twice ?

Hello professionals., 
 

Can anybody fill the exam form twice and send it to ICAI.  ???

For eX:
1.In first time filling exam form for 1st grp and chosing a CENTER 1. 
 but later on in change of circumstances student preferred to opt for
2.second group 2nd group also, can that be available , can the student fill up again the form for secnd grup in the different center/ center 2 for the same Examination ?
 

Did anybody experienced the same before ? 
Or am i going wrong ?
Or this can not be happen.
