Dear Experts,
Can a Pvt ltd Company choose for a name which is already existing as a sole properietorship.
The intention is clear that the person wants to do work as Sole prop. and as Pvt ltd under the Umbrella of same name.
Please suggest if there would be any complication for getting the name.
