Dear Sir, We have constituted a LLP in which there are 6 members having equal PSR. Also, we have a private limited company in which all partners of LLP are shareholders too. Please clarify on below points - 1. Can the LLP give unsecured loan to the private limited company where partners and shareholders are common in both? 2. Can the LLP give property registered in its name as collateral security to lending bank on behalf of the private limited company? 3. Can a private limited company take unsecured loan from its members (shareholders)? If yes, then are there any conditions to be fulfilled? 4. Can we make LLP as a shareholder of private limited company?
