Hi, Can a person file a retrun twice as original? Actually I have given my retrun to TRP for filing. Now he is not picking up the phone. I donot know if he has already filed my retrun. Can I submit another copy of return as original? Thanks Amit

If once ITRis filed only revised return can be filed

You cannot file the return twice, In your case neither revised because you are not sure whether the original is filed or not, you please try and visit the TRP and get it clarified and then submit the return as original if not filed.
