but it can not become a member in the company on its name

No.... Partnership firm has no separate identity as a pvt. or public company has. So a partnership can not become a partner in a partnership concern. Yes two partnership firms can form a joint venture.

No, a partnership firm can not be a partner in firm because it has no seprate leagal entity.

hi everybody!
a partnership firm is subject to tax seperately>
it is also registered and regulated under the partnership act.
it can sue and b sued in its own name.
it is thus given legal existence and recognition
hence i think it can b a partner in another partnership firm.
