The best thing to do would be to Ask the Employer to Issue u a Form 16 with Tax liability as Nil.
He may consider it and issue u the same.
But for Loan purpose u can always show them the Filed return Instead of the Form. If they insist on the Current Position of ur Income then u can show them the Salary Slips which u get.
