can we re register new Propreitor company GST with propreitor (PAN legal name ) SB account & and later change to newly opened company TRADE NAME (legal Pan name still same) current account?

yes.but you required to file amendement at that time.
You can go the proprietor S. B account currently and later on add the current account bank details by ammending the gst registration.
