Can a minor becomes member in a company limited by gaurantee and an unlimited company...??

No, minor is incompetent  to contract and hence cannot become a member in such  companies.  In case of companies limited by shares he can hold fullly paid shares through his natural guardian.

 

As per rule 3(2) of company (managment and adminstration) rule, 2014....a minor can become member in a company not having share capital... correct me...if iā€˜m wrong...

Yes, you are correct.  But in such a case he can be a member through guardian only.  He cannot enter into a contract directly in his own name since he is not capable of entering into any contract.

 

 

Bt sir how can be a minor becomes member give guarntee for any liablity to company in any case ??
