1.  Can a LLP firm have it's activity as "Online Trading & Investing in Share & Commodities markets"?

2.  Can a LLP have only 2 founding partners as 'Designated Partners' & all others as 'Silent/Sleeping Partners'?

3.  Can a clause be incorporated in the LLP deed that the 'Silent Partners' shall only share fixed profits with no share in any losses or the Assets or Management of the LLP?

4.  Is there any law, by which the 'Silent Partners' can takeover the Management or controlling power from the 2 DP's?

Thanks & Regards to all.
