Yes singapore company can give PoA to a person in India provided the same is apostiled by Indian embassy in Singapore

Sir do we need any resolutions (board or company) for the issue of GPA by the Foreign company.can the subsidary company be the GPA Holder?if yes how to excersie the GPA .do we need any resoultionns for the same.
