How companies are shortlisted for each candidate ? Whether based on no of attempts or Marks scored by students?
Student 1 passed in 2nd attempt with 401 Marks
Student 2 passed in 5th attempt with 445 marks (Above 55%)
salry Offered - Stdnt 1 - 6Lac
Stdnt 2 - 10Lac
is this have any logic ??? icai is haaving good logic in its priciples and wat logic they use in campus selection.....

same case here...student got cleared in 4rd attempt gets 16lacs package and student who cleared in 3rd attempt with exemption in 4 subject+top 10 firm articleship gets 8.2lacs package...don't what criteria they are following..

icai really demotivate the pursuing students who are hardly working to clear in first attempt....
it can'not be said that individual performance of candidates are appreciated in interview, since 2nd attempt stdnt even does not get shortlisted in a company where 4th attepmt stdnt shortlisted...
icai should think and reply us whether we should study to qualify as a CA or study to get good mark by skipping our attempts... and doing dummy articleship.....
