Dear Mr. Abhijit
If you are filing 25A with ROC for Central Government approval for remuneration it is mandatory attachment. Calculation sheet will be made on the base of audited balance sheet, i.e. March 31, 2010, if you are paying remuneration inexcess of the limit specified under section 198 and 309 of the Companies Act. This certificate should be certified by chartered Acountant or company secretary in whole time practice.
