Calculation of tangible net worth

Please help on my below query:-

I have to calculate ratio of Total Outside Liabilties and Tangible Net Worth of group companies. When I calculate TNW of subsidiary company should I deduct from its equity , the amount of shares bought by subsidiary company in the holding company? The amount of shares held by subsidiary company of group company is shown as its Non Current Investments.
