Calculation of short term capital gain
For calculating short term capital gain whether cost of shares purchased to be taken or only shares value (excluding brokerage, service tax, stt , stamp duty) to be taken? Kindly reply with example.

Brokerage ,ST will be included in cost of purchase while calculating STCg..bcoz they form the integral part of shares...
