Suppose while Calculating Purchase Consideration in Amalgamation , Shares issued come in fraction [ e.g 2,454.54 ] and Face Value is Rs.10 at Premium Rs.45
then Fraction should be paid in Cash at Market Value.....
What is Market Value here ???? Is Market Value 55 ...???
