I have bought a new flat on 01-Nov-17 for 74 lakhs and TDS was deducted as it was more than 50 lakhs. I am yet to deposit the TDS and can you please help with the calculation of any interest, penalty , late fees and how much total amount I should be paying?

Also, there are two buyers and it is a joint purchase. Should we split and deposit with two form 26QB's or single deposit can be done? Please advise.
