Can anyone please help me for calculating shares at a premium for a private limited company where the facee value is Rs 10 per share and the amount to be calsulated is for 1.5 cr, the authorised capital is 10 lacs

100000 share having face value of Rs. 10 each issued at a premium of Rs.140.
