If a person has made advance payment of 15000 in cash for raw material in p.y. 2016-17 .(in which cash exp. limit was 20000),and in p.y.2017-18 he recorded it as purchase expense.(in which cash exp. limit is 10000)so it is allowed or not in p.y.2017-18?
