Cacellation of online submitted VAT Registration

Hello Experts,

I have submitted online voluntary VAT registration for a firm in Maharashtra and I got an appointment for verification on Sept.10, however now I don’t want to get VAT TIN as it was submitted voluntarily.

I have not received the VAT TIN yet.

I request you to kindly advice/address/assist me the procedure for cancellation of voluntary VAT registration.
