koi gawar hi icwa ko easy bol sakta 1st c d depth of the syllabus m talking about only inter c its cost and management accountancy which is @ par to advance management accountancy (ca final)
ca's are the general accountant who can only do only statutory auditing and tx work which they specialise in ..While icwa  studies advance stategic management depth costing and management, advance financial accounting, direct tax laws(100 marks papers) indirect tax laws paper 100 marks paper and much more advance in their finals,, so they also can work in evry department of a company 's feild related to accounts, tax, cost, management and etc with par or more then dat with ny other qualified professional  m not saying ca is damn easy but point is the number of registered member of of icai(chartered)are much more than icai (cost) so they don't qualify the finals with ease so people start saying ca's are toooo taugh 2 study while icwa maintain their papers their paper checking quality acording to the student's capability not with the no of members registered or ny thing else..THANK,U.

author is just mad..jo icwa ko child play bol raha he

let me compare ca profesion with cma but first want to make clear that CA is also level course and i respect this profesion a lot,

i think

CA = CMA

CA  passing % abt 20 % from last two attempt as per ca rockers ...cma last attempt passed total 652 profesion and only 140 total passed out in grp IV

CMA r placed more better postition in job field ..look ongc..sail..coal india ..icici bank all r leaded by cma

cma is globaly more recognized ..c there agreement with cima..ima etc which r world best institute and respective field

cma als ocontain compaulsry training as ca..but 1 year traning is mandatory before facing final exam while 3 year before getting membership

cma costing paper is more difficult then ca while account..fm..idt arre equal yes ca r master in DT i admit

so please increase ur knowladge and then talk abt cma....and likhne se pahle soch liya karo..dont show ur this unprofesional attitude

hello frnds, i m also in ca n cwa final student. see i also agree that all courses are equal but if you see pratically no doubt CA is a tough job as compare to cwa.i m not saying cwa is easy but as i m pursing both the courses i personaly found CA more tough.

i think we should not misunderstand phani..........i m also agree with him that rather than wasting your time in CA n getting no result ,its better for student to think pratically . A CA student can easily clear cwa exam not because cwa is easy but because they have already studied a lot in CA.

Market will pay to the best one  and not  to your degrees only.Do your best and left the egos

Yes CA is tough and also this is the highest degree in the field of commerce, but CWA is not easy.,only 10% to 15% students can pass in first attempts.

Pls do not uderestimate any profession.

CA IS THE BEST OPTION IN COMMERCE LINE.

CWA IS GOOD TOO BUT CHARTERED ACCOUNTANTS ARE FAR MORE RECOGNISED THAN CWAS

IF U TALK TO GENERAL NON-COMMERCE PEOPLE  THEY DONT KNOW WHAT ICWA MEANS.

THEY KNOW ONLY ABOUT CA AND CS.

however cwa is also an excellent course and yes,the passing percentage is somewhat similar to ca.

but due to lack of publicity cwas suffer in the market

CA n ICWA both r good courses ...

and no wonder salary is like OTC .... the more good u can present urself ...the more u can earn ...

its d simple logic.

Ya right Renu....... it depends upon person to person ... even B.com(h) from good colleges can pay 6 to 7 lakhs...

Its not just the degree or course.. Degree just gives us the base ..

Hi,

I agree with Renu. Both are powerful in their own way!!!!Its like comparing Australia and Southafrica in a game of cricket!!!Go by your interest and gain knowledge in it!!that will do wonders!!!These arguments will never do anything.Stop attacking each course!!!!

CA  is far tougher than ICWA in terms of course content, dynamics and professional level...

rahi market ki baat...If there is Chanda Kochhar as CEO of ICICI...i personally know a friend of mine who is struggling hard to get a job of meagre Rs.10000/- from past 1.5 years.

rest ppl can see and decide

the govt that gave birth to these two institutes consider it the same CA or CWA are considered as par in eyes of govt so dont make judgements on any course that which of the either is superior its your duty to opt one or both as your career  path and make it a large one. CA n CWA n CS are mere eligibilities for companies but its who you is required to work for them, so you must be distinct not your qualifications.

ACMA.Manish Sarawgi (Assistant Manager (F&A))   (109 Points)

Mr Abhishek its depend upon person to peson, my brother friend is CA and he was working for about  5 years just a salary of rs 10000 p/m, where other CA was working with a good salary of rs 30000 to 50000 p/m.

So its doesn't mean which one is easy and which one is tough.

By the way presently CA's are more unemployed than CMA's.
