My dear friend
Role of CS is just not restricted to companies act 1956.
The scope is much wider. CS plays a very important
role in terms of secretarial , compliance and other matters.
He is vital link b/w mgmt, shareholders, various regulatory
authorities, employees , investors.
CS also acts as Compliance Officers.
And according to nature of company the responsibilities
also varies.
CS scope is across different areas which includes
Labour Laws, Companies Act, FEMA,
SEBI , Stock Exchanges , much more.
So please do not get mislead that CS is restricted to
Companies Act Only.
