I am completely agree with Anushree.. Each profession has distinct feather and quality. Naren u said that comparison of CA should be with top B-school, i agree with u,but i would like to say that, if we see in the view of earning a CA even made in no. of attempts earns more than a MBA from a B-school other than top 4.

I Agree With Zeeshan in his first comment, i will say that golden plates in your sense refers to Communication skills & Corporate culture.C.a's have Knowledge pretty well than M.B.A's on an Average that's sure, but even golden plates you reffered also had some weight to considered. We are not actually undergoing any type of that weighted part in our learning process as practically as we are not going to colleges.every C.A always much concentrated on subjects & leaving this, because our exam span , portion & a lot of things shall be raise as reasons. But in real life Reasons dnn have any value.

So, why can't we get that golden plates from them & place our tasty food & serve the soceity ???

Even iam an aspirant of M.B.A after completion of C.A

Note:M.B.A's refers to only IIm's Not all.we should not compare others with our proudly called C.A

Stating that chartered accountants face a major challenge from MBAs, Aditya Birla Group Chairman Kumar Mangalam Birla today said there is strong need to expand the curriculum of CA courses beyond accounting.

"CAs today face top challenge from MBAs who are good at communication skills, know finance and economy better," he said while addressing the two-day 'All India Conference of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI)' here.

Seeking steps to re-orient the curriculum for CA courses, Birla said having knowledge only in accounting would not help the present day CAs to face the challenges.

"MBAs have an edge over CAs in many fields as the Indian economy is much closer to the world economy now. As merger and acquisition are order of the day, CAs have big roles to play," he said.
what u think about this?
